Sharia Law on drugs

Sharia Law bans all types of intoxicants, which include alcohol. Surah Al-Maidah, Ayah No. 90 & 91 state:

“O Believers! Intoxicants, gambling, idolatry and fortune-telling are abominations devised by Satan. So, avoid them in order to be successful. Satan seeks to stir up enmity and hatred among you through intoxicants and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah and from regular prayer. So, will you not then desist?”

Sharia Law not only warned 1400 years ago about the problem world is realizing now, but also gave a solution to it by banning all types of intoxicants. Do you still consider Sharia Law out-dated?
