Mission

Americans in particular, and other Westerners in general, whether Christian or not, are all too often still dangerously ill-informed about Islam. Many people in the West hear and believe the propaganda promoted by certain people, who inter alia use some so-called “Mulsim extremists” to portray the so-called “actual image” of Islam. This is not true. Muslim scholars around the world have condemned the activities of such “Muslim Extremist” and have categorically stated that such activities do not fall within the teachings of Islam. Quite often newspapers also report crimes by linking the crime with the religion, especially when the crime is done by any Muslim.

I have made my utmost effort to prepare this work in an impartial manner with an objective approach without any inclination towards any religion, especially Islam. I am not concerned if it disappoints the groups of people doing propaganda about Islam, because the contents of this site are nothing but truth. This website focuses on the system of Islam itself, instead of individual Muslims, since this is the right perspective to view and discuss any system in the world.

It is my mission through this website to dispel ignorance about Islam in the light of purely open and honest investigation. What is truth, and what is falsehood, as far as what people are being told about the religion of Islam? Are people being lied to, and if so, then how can they detect these falsehoods and avoid them?

This work is an effort to enlighten all who really want to know only the truth based on facts and history of Islam, not the one which is being portrayed by a specific group of people and also which is being represented by a few people who are misusing the name of Islam. While developing this website, effort has been made to remove many of the common misconceptions spread about Islam, and to tell people fact and truth. My mission is to bring to the reader’s attention what I view to be the important highlights of what scholarly investigation has confirmed about the topic, I hope to inform my readers about these important points, and hopefully excite their interests in pursuing further study. I have no doubt that the persons who are enough open-minded to receive and accept the truth will be benefited most from this site.

This site is open for discussion. Anyone who wishes to enlighten himself with the pure light of Islam, is fully welcomed to discuss any ambiguity about Islam. I hope that my work will be of use to any who are open-minded enough to receive it and evaluate it fairly.

I would like to admit that the contents of this site are not complete in the sense that new questions, new ambiguities, new issues, etc. will continuously be arising till the end of time. There is always room for improvement. For this, I need your support in form of suggestions for improvements, suggestions to include topics, etc. I would also appreciate if someone contributes authentic materials in lines with my mission towards this noble cause.
